"Our second time staying here. The hotel and room are great along with the desk staff. However, the staff at the bar are terrible. Waiting for an hour for two drinks when it was not very busy is ridiculous. Disappointing since we love their mojitos but apparently they just didn’t want our money. Had to cancel our order after an hour to attend a dinner reservation. "

But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. "Great location, wonderful ocean views and ocean wave sounds! Our unit had a kitchen and a washer. We didn't use it, except for morning coffee, but was nice to have. The sink in the kitchen leaked, and the drains in the bathroom were slow to drain, but overall, the experience was good. Who can complain if you are in French Polynesia! "

"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
