We own all 4 units in the private, gated property. One other unit accepts guests and other 2 are closed for private use when family go (rarely) to Tagaytay. Open spaces may be shared if there are guest in one other unit, otherwise the whole place is exclusive to you.

We had to adjust our stay, and Mars the host was very kind and responsive to our needs.
