"Really, it's a 3.5/5 Bed comfy. Breakfast great, as was the server. Room (112) had a stain on the ceiling. Half the light switches did nothing. Room far too dark. The whole system is batty, pop some labels or explanations up. Bathroom sink was blocked. Bathroom door handle very difficult to use, stiff, slippery & worn. All of these are simple, minor glitches but indicative of poor attention to detail. Don't charge high prices and position yourself as premium if you don't hold yourself to high standards. Pretty disappointing, felt a bit contemptuous TBH."

"We stayed here for one night, lovely hotel but please be aware that to use the pool this comes with a separate cost in addition to the stay. Breakfast also comes with different options however it’s a free for all help yourself style so I’d recommend going with the cheapest option."

"Stayed for one night, Monday into a Tuesday. Check in was easy. Phone keypass to enter the rooms was really clever and sleek. Rooms perfect, no issues with them at all. One thing I would mention is the air con was either too hot or too cold - couldn’t quite work out a middle. But still managed to sleep perfectly. Parking is great and lots of spaces, not sure how it would be on a weekend. Only issue here, we had a plug in Hybrid car and to park in the overnight spaces it was a £15 flat fee to use. Which is way too expensive for a hybrid. Could be useful and economical for a fully electric car but not mine so instead used the fast charge spaces which were 80p per KWH so not cheap. "
