"Wonderful hosts, accommodating and charming. Room and facilities of the highest standards and v comfortable.
Fascinating locations, wonderful old house, will make every effort to visit atain."
"Really nice room in a lovely coaching inn. Quality bedding , towels etc. comfy bed. Booked & prepaid thru Hotels.com and when we arrived we were a little taken aback to be charged an extra £20 for our little dog. It would have been nice to have known about this extra fee beforehand as it came as a bit of a shock , I didn’t get any reply from accommodation following my messaging them & also leaving a telephone message to say we’re bringing our dog. Other than that , a good stay. "
"Landlord and staff very friendly and accommodating. Food very good. Building in need of updating and attention. Not suitable if you go to bed early as noise from bar can keep you awake. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast "
"This was just an amazing place to stay with our dog. They even had a dog bowl and a doggy treat in the room. All the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. The grounds are safe for dog walking. We had a perfect stay"
"We had a great stay , our one little gripe was that the pub closed at 8.30 on Saturday night, and was closed after 5 on Sunday night, are room was great and we will return.🙂"
"A beautiful, quiet property with outstanding rooms and apartments that was really friendly and enjoyable

"If you are walking the Tarka Trail, actually even if you are not, this is the place to stay.
The setting is idyllic the hosts are so welcoming and helpful and the lodge is well equipped.

"Had a lovely stay. Would have been nice to have conditioner in the shower and not shampoo and conditioner mixed but that would be the only thing I could fault, otherwise perfect!"
"All in all me and my partner loved our short stay away in a beautiful shepherds hut. It was out of the way and so peaceful, i’d definitely stay here again. The only thing that let it down was the door latches and there was a gap in the bathroom door. "
"This was our second visit to the Mole, we stayed in the hotel, in the manor suite for our anniversary weekend. The room was amazing, private sauna and steam room, separate lounge, more like an apartment. Very Comfy. The resort itself is beautiful and all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. We have booked a week to go back and try one of the lodges this time with the whole family. "
"It was in a lovely location, must be stunning in the summer. Breakfast was amazing! Allowed two dogs which was great. Only negative is our room was above the bar and Friday night was very noisy until the early hours, and no hairdryer in room. "
"Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost.
The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! We will be returning again in the future."

"Had a lovely visit to The Seagate on Saturday 8th, Sunday 9th and left Monday 10th. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely. The only thing the bed was a bit hard. But I guess it’s a matter of preference. Food was fab. Had
a wonderful weekend away."
"We received an upgrade to the seafront apartment which was amazing - fantastic accommodation complete with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The proximity to the beach for all the accommodation was brilliant though. "

"Staff were friendly and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. They also had good knowledge of Ilfracombe and gave good advice on where to go, what to see, and knew what was happening (i.e. where local bands were playing etc) at night time.
My room was clean, tidy, warm, with a lovely power shower. If i had to 'nitpick' i am quite a large person, but, my shower was quite small. However, this would not put me off from booking again and recommend to family and friends. Defiantly a value for money hotel."
