"Love everthingelse except my room. Should have selected superior room rather than a standard one. The standard room I was assigned to seem to have depleted. No changing room because hotel was on busy week. Breakfast were awesomeeee. The resto even prepared us 'take away' brealfast ad we checked out during early hour of the morning (2 AM). Room service Excellent. "

"Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees)."

"The JW never disappoints. From the pick up to the drop off we were impressed. The check in was easy and the employees could not have been more helpful. The room was huge. We had a fabulous dinner at Uppercut which is deserving of all its awards. Fabulous all the way around. "

"Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Staff were all really super friendly and helpful. My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."
