Welcome to Brownstone!

This home is set up with one of the best views of the lake!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch.

House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water.
2 Gas grills and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance and include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Cannon Smoke Saloon, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat and PWC rentals, Pirate’s Point is conveniently located on the same lake road.

Great lake house with lots of activities!
We shared this home with two other families while we were playing youth baseball in the area at a Lake of the Ozarks tournament. The house was better than the listing photos. The views, the game room, the deck, and main living space were all so perfect for our group! Great home, we hope to stay again!

Brownstone saved the weekend
Golf weekend for 8 guys. Weather was not in our favor and rained most of the time. The house was awesome. Plenty of space, location was great and many activities to keep us entertained. The game room in the garage was used most of the stay. Everything was better than advertised..and the host was terrific. Rain or shine this the house you want to rent for a friends or large family gathering.

Only stayed one night with part of our group before staying in a larger home from same host who was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Beds were so comfortable. Home is very clean. Weren't able to use the hot tub since it needed maintenance. We did enjoy the fire pit once we got it started with a lighter. Very quiet evening on the deck.

All four of our kids brought a friend plus my wife and I made 10 of us in the house and it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty to do in the house and we weren't on top of each other. The outside was perfect!!! The sunrises were BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed coffee outside every morning. Sound system in the house was very easy to use on the Sonos App. Overall great House. I would give this property a 5 stars the check in process was so smooth when we arrived at the house it was exactly how described on the listing but even better when in person the location is great and the view is phenomenal!! Everything was perfect the hot tub was so clean and refreshing !! Plenty of room we had 4 adults 5 teenagers and 2 kids under 5! There were so many pans to choose from while cooking. We used the grill plenty of times during the stay if your looking to get away and relax for a weekend I would definitely book with anything this property is amazing!!! He also gifted a bottle of wine!! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 10 (2 infants) stayed at the Brownstone house and it had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, and seating. This house was so cool and so beautiful! It was super clean as well and so well thought out with the decor and game room and cute game loft area. We had an amazing stay. There were nine of us on a weekend girls trip. The view was beautiful. The sound system was built in and we loved that . The kitchen was very accommodating and there was an extra fridge in the game room if we needed it. The sleeping situation worked out well for our size. Check in and check out was a breeze and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place. Kids would love it for all the games as well!

We looked for a place that we could have my wife’s 50th bday party and a place we found! We loved it!! The view, the rooms, the games! The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook!! The deck was great with the grills, firepit and hot tub! Everyone decided that we should come back every year so it looks like we are going to try!!!! Parking was a little tricky but other than that, this place was OUTSTANDING!!!

The BEST!
This property was a perfect get away for our group of 7, for a long weekend birthday celebration! Even with snow and near sub zero temperatures, we enjoyed our time cooking together in a well appointed kitchen, playing board games and watching movies in the spacious open areas of the dining and great rooms, playing in the game room, and just relaxing. The hot tub was also a great addition to our experience. The bedrooms were fantastic with nice beddings - don’t be put off by the bunk beds in this house, they were very comfortable too. I imagine we will return to this property again in the future.

Unbelievably great!!
So, when we first found this property on VRBO we thought it was too good to be true because of the price and the quality of the property. We booked anyway and let me tell you, this place was phenomenal!! The pictures really made the place look enticing but they didn't do this property justice!! My family was blown away by the quality of this property and the hosts friendly nature! They were very accommodating and the property so far exceeded our expectations that I couldn't even believe it. We will be staying here again when we visit the Ozarks in the spring or summer for sure!!! If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough!!!
