"Was satisfied with the property, especially for what we paid. Would stay there again. Upon leaving the elevator was not working and had to go down four flights of stairs with our stuff. Could use some updating, but will go back. "

"Perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The pool and separate suite on the bottom level were perfect for our teenage boys, especially since it was red/purple flag beach conditions. The only negative is the elevator is not part of the rental for some reason. Toting luggage up 3 floors isn't fun, and is a bit unnecessary. Still highly recommend this place."

"The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had two families and the house was perfect. Very spacious and the location can't get any better. It was close enough to local shops and restaurants but nice and quiet at night. It had all the amenities we needed to just relax for the week without worrying about anything. "Beautiful property easy walking distance to the beach. Close to all the excitement of 30A, but in a more peaceful setting with less traffic and congestion. Fall is a wonderful time to visit the beach as sunny days without all the crowds, and perfect temperatures."
