Holiday get together
This was a great setup and location to get together with family after Christmas. Nice big kitchen and living area. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, but beyond this it worked well for our family

Some good things...some not great things
The good things. The open floor plan on the first floor is very nice. The couches are new and the overall look of the first floor is nice. The kitchen is well stocked (although most things are a little old and rough around the edges). The unit has a very light and airy feel to it which I liked. There are heaters everywhere so you were never cold at night. There were plenty of towels, soap and blankets. They had a good selection of games! The unit was very clean on arrival. The management company was very good and very helpful - they do an excellent job of taking care of you and were very responsive to any questions and delivered pool passes right when we got there. The not so good things. There was no deck furniture except two cloth folding chairs! Every other unit has table chairs, etc to enjoy meals outside. This was a bummer that the unit had nothing. The third bedroom is only accessible if you walk through the second bedroom, there is no separate entrance. So there is ZERO privacy for these two rooms and when the person in bedroom three gets up in the middle of the night they wake the others up. This to me should have been called out in the description. To me it is a two bedroom with a room off the second bedroom. The beds were on rolling metal frames (no headboards) so when you sat up the bed moved. The bed in the second bedroom was up against the window with metal blinds so the pillows bumped against it and made noise unless you had the blinds up. The furniture in the units was a little rough around the edges and some things could be replaced. There were no movies in the main living room (usually there is at least a couple to watch). Overall it was "fine" but the photos lead you to believe that this is a super luxe unit and I was expecting to be wowed and it was just OK.
