"The staff was great. We got a late start in the mornings but our room was always cleaned and fresh towels provided. The only downside was we stayed almost a week and the small closet space and 2 drawers was limited so I kept everything in our suitcase "

"Very nice hotel. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Lobby was nice as well as the lobby bar. They have a Starbucks at the bar which is cool. The bartender was nice and attentive. Gwen at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She checked us into our room as early as possible without any hassle. She was extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again! "

"Disappointed that the Hyatt is advertised as an airport hotel but doesn’t provide airport shuttle service. I didn’t know that it didn’t until after I booked my room, and would have chosen another hotel which does offer the service. "
