"The staff were very nice and helpful & the breakfast buffet was good/extensive, but the rooms are dated and we’re not cleaned well. The dirty looking bath mats pictured here says it all. Overall a bit pricey for what you get. "

"All was great, should be listed a a 5 Star Hotel. Unbelievable breakfast buffet. Free limited shuttle to and from the airport (25 kms away) My only complaint is occasional noise in the corridor and from other rooms---not a big problem, but an odd annoyance."

We were upgraded, on arrival, from a Superior Ocean View room to a suite. The suite was. a giant sized beach hut on stilts! Although of timber construction it was somewhat ‘tired’ and there was no wardrobe or drawers to hang/store clothes! The shower room was again ‘tired’ but fairly spacious. "Swiss Bel Hotel is a fine place with great staff, good value for money. I did not eat the food, so I have no comment there. it is a ways out from town, but Grab cars are all over the place here.....so no worries."
