"I was very unhappy. The pictures online suggested I was getting a “cozy retreat“ room in a hotel or guesthouse. In fact, this was a glorified campsite, and I spent the night in a large tent for seven people.. Furthermore, having paid almost $250 US, they had no record of me when I arrived. I have never had an experience like this with your site."

"I wish that we were better prepared and had done our research prior. We thought that our tub hadn't been cleaned because the sediment from the salt springs left muddy patches and there was a spinder who had built a web. We missed our first day with the tub until we found out that this was normal. When we tried the next day the hot water didn't last long enough to fill the tub while maintaining heat.
