We came here a year ago. Just not the same anymore. No maintenance just run down. They had a great jacuzzi. All gone.

I had stayed there 35 years ago. I was surprised the price was so low when I booked it when we arrived and saw that nothing had been maintained or updated since my last visit. It was so bad it was comical. I was chicken to go in the pool because it was so dark in that area at night & they had just had a two day event that resulted in obvious cleanliness issues. Our room was quite clean with comfortable bedding & linens. The staff that we met were very nice & helpful. Heard that new owners are planning to fix it and we are cheering them on because the location is fabulous and the potential is great.

I want sure how to grade honestly, good hotel, had what you need. I really liked the unusual set up with a smartly designed function area with rooms all around with sliding doors. Pool area also in this same area. I believe you could have a uniquely enjoyable wedding reception. As far as stay better than most. Function very good possibilities.

Beautiful area to picnic near the lake/pond. This a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, since Covid they no longer have a restaurant, hot tub and the adjacent restaurant has closed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The only thing I liked about this place was the staff. The add says that there was a spa, 2 restaurants, fully HC assessable, fitness area. The spa doesn’t exist. In order to get into the fitness area, there’s a tall step to get in. NOT assessable! It was very loud. I reserved a room by the pool. I couldn’t even see the pool from my room. In the morning I went down to get coffee. There was a kurig, but you had to get the pods out of a vending machine. This place has so much potential! Unfortunately that’s all it is, potential.

We were looking forward to celebrating a birthday at a nice hotel but what we got was: Cold Pool and closed an hour early-some 3rd party websites show a hot tub that is boarded up--i was told the hotel is not responsible for what they post--what? when something breaks/gone you need to tell your advertisers The arcade was a financial rip off--most games broken (coins stuck in slot), the claw- the prizes were so tightly packed that no one could win, the game with lightbulbs--we won so many times and got nothing for the win. EVERY vending machine that had water was broken-took money and gave nothng--Kuerig coffee was available but no cups or cream etc The room427 was facing a burnt out grass area with broken doors windows and siding lying unprofessionally on a trailer, and the UNBELIVABLE part was the window opened, no lock, no screen, 2 floors up--I have a child that sleep walks! The beds were FUTONS!- pull out couch comfortable. No fan in bathroom--gross and shower curtain was so used and did not fit rounded rod..water got all over bathroom floor during shower. We were given a map with a mini golf section that does not exist. I did speak to the front desk on the evening of our stay and was told they are not responsibloe for what a third party puts on website (what?- allow false advertising!) and all the other issues with vending games etc is a outside comapny and cannot help--i was told to go to CVS at 11pm at night for water? We traveled 2 hours for junk hotel/service! ;(

The rooms were filthy, walls dirty, bathroom had soap scum, pull out couch was stained and had holes bed linens stained are room was supposed to have a balcony and did not have one.
