"It was very convenient to the airport. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Our room was very loud from the traffic. We would definitely stay there again, but ask for a room on the backside of the building."

"The front desk staff was wonderful, warm, friendly, and service-oriented. My room, a junior suite, was spacious, clean, decorated well, functional, and had a gorgeous city view. The bed was incredibly comfy with plush linens. The shower had excellent water pressure and got very hot. I couldn't ask for anything more."

" This hotel is walking distance from the airport actually it’s quicker to walk in to wait for the shuttle. It is not the best area. It’s downtown Los Angeles. The hotel is in great need of some updates especially the coffee area. The shuttle to the airport was efficient however, there was way too many people and it was difficult to get on the first shuttle. It’s like they didn’t know who was showing up in the morning. But I stay here again for layover to LA probably not too many other hotels to choose them. They’re nicer. "
