"Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police. The compliment breakfast was great and parking was nice. "

"I received what I imagine was an upgrade, and was given a first-floor suite almost, with a living room, and extra TV. Rather a surprise! The bathroom was large, well-appointed, and I appreciated the walk-in capability. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. There was on my second night, almost no water pressure and no hot water, but it was late at night, so that was only a minor issue. Beyond that, I'm quite happy."

"The staff was very nice. The hotel looked nice aside from so trash left around from what seemed like quite a few parties happening. Nothing overwhelming, just candy wrappers and noise makers. The room was very cool! The space, setup and storage availability was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! I don’t usually like veggies in my eggs, but really liked them! My husband actually said they were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had, and we travel several times a year. The noon checkout time was much appreciated, especially with the start of daylight savings. "

"Great room, they h ave games and kitchen equipment that can be borrowed, kitchen was fully loaded with plenty of plates cups pots and pans. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was amazing!"
