"The hotel is located in an easy place to reach by car, train or plane is pet friendly. The staff outstanding even during a busy period. Duty manageress one of the best I’ve met and I’ve met a few Dealt with problems beyond control efficiently. Receptionists particularly need a mention. Food was tasty and well presented. On the downside I felt the hike in price for a show week took the hotel into pricing for a different class of hotel. Then add pet fees which were well over the norm for an Ibis. Basically for the following week it was £700 cheaper for 4 nights Which is a huge hike I feel. "

"The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed. We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time."

"Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming."
