"Our second time staying, snow was way better than 2024. Absolutely love the convenience of this place. It is right on the Bill Nichols Trail. The South Range Pub and the 1920 Tap & Grill are both just across the street for grog and grub after a day on the trails. The accomodations were clean and the owner was very responsive. We'll be coming back to stay for our next snowmobile trip."

Accommodations were just right - everything we needed, nothing we didn’t, and a terrific location. Our pup loved morning and evening walks on the trails, the lake was lovely, and during a warm week, Fred and Maria were thoughtful about making sure things were cool and comfortable. We’re looking forward to going back."

There is a lot of road noise and snowmobile action constantly but we knew what we were getting into with that. I don’t think you could stay any where in town and get away from that. We were visiting MTU’s campus, property is very close. Property owners were excellent with communication and promptly responded to messages. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"The outside of the building doesn’t represent how the place is on the inside. It’s a nice clean and well taken care of apartment that was comfy to stay in.
