He was very responsive to any questions I had and provided so many great recommendations for activities and food around the area. "Our family (2 daughters, 3 grandsons 8-23) had a super week on Varty Lake. The Cottage is very comfortable and the two rooms were good for young & older. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of supplies, towels etc. Having the canoe, kayak, paddleboat, two paddle boards was amazing and all were used and enjoyed. Biking along the roads & Cataraqui trail was great. Swimming was good. Games room was enjoyed by the younger boys/young men. Mo was excellent in communicating with us, before and during our stay....

"This cottage is a perfect location to enjoy nature and go slow. The lakefront area is perfect for a bonfire night and enjoy the sound of water and falling leaves. The cottage is very clean and updated - you have everything for your kitchen, ample space for two small families. The owner is very prompt in his responses and helped us in sending back the items we left in the cottage. The listing was accurate and we will definitely recommend our friends if they want to book a cottage."
