"My wife suffers from asthma, and the reserved deluxe King room was very dusty. She said she would rather sleep in the car. When I called the front desk, Renauld and Bill put us into a deluxe family sweet, no extra charge. Since we were in SF for my wife's chemo therapy appt, just that very special reaching out to her made her believe God is watching over her through her trials with cancer. You gentlemen were the best!
