"This property was the best decision we made for this trip. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and willing to help you have the best trip possible in any way. The rooms are more beautiful than the pictures and the resort offers you beautiful views with a great sense of privacy. Although the resort is about a 40min taxi ride from the city, you can easily schedule a taxi or book any excursions with the resorts help. The vegan accommodations made daily were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this place or visit again. "

"What an absolutey beautiful home! At first we were taken aback by the location which seemed "way out somewhere" and then no air conditioning but soon fell in love with the home and grounds and the beautiful island breezes that flow throughout the home. We often laughed that to "turn on the A/C" was just to simply open the gorgeous mahogany shutters and let the breeze cool the house - it was so relaxing...what a gift! The house is in a very secluded part of the island away from the hustle and bustle of St. John's but still within 30 minutes to Nelson's Dockyard where we enjoyed an amazing lunch at "The Boom" - highly recommended! Other than that venture we cooked at home as we love to cook. The kitchen is fully equipped - we did have an adventure learning to cook on a charcoal grill which was new to us but fun! The grocery store experience resulted in a bit of "sticker shock" but this is an Island that has to import everything so just be prepared$$$ I cannot say enough about the house - it is appropriately called the "Longhouse" because it IS! LOL - but the heart of it is the beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor covered patio overlooking the MAGNIFICENT WARM INFINITY POOL! It is the most amazing pool we have ever enjoyed in 15 years of villa rentals. And to sit and watch the hummingbirds, finches & doves working through the landscape was just a treat! Nick (via messaging) & Mossy (on island) were fabulous hosts and responded to every request/concern!"

"This was a super well run holiday property, with great communication throughout and the property itself was extremely well kitted out and looked after. Our family had great fun using the new air fryer and a big thanks for getting in a smoothie blender. We do like to cook and found the kitchen really well provided for. Definitely recommend using the pre shopping service as its extremely relaxing to arrive without having to navigate the supermarket after a long flight! The views from the apartment are stunning and the pools on the resort perfect for our family. It is a quiet resort, which suited us just fine. You need a car, which we had, so visted many places on the island,nothing is more than 50 mins or so away. The beach at Non Such is a nice addition to the resort and you can use the kayak for free, if you fancy it. Overall, a great family property if you want to stay in a quieter, very safe place with the freedom to come and go, as you please. The wifi worked perfectly during our stay and the air con is super efficent and excellent at cooling down rooms almost immediately! We would definitely recommend. "It was ok stay at the property. The owner is easy going, however, i observed some tension and confusion with a lady who identified herself as the house care taker, not infront of guests please! Property were close to a couple attractions, stingray and turtle city. Very small Island, not much to do."

"First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). They ensured my stay was good and made sure everything was ok.- Thank you! I’ll start with the WiFi situation- it’s Ridiculous! WiFi is VERY limited, you have to go upstairs to make a phone call- downstairs doesn’t work great. When I booked it wasn’t very descriptive as previous villas it is well informed. There is no washing machine( please invest in this) Freetown is very rainy at the time of August and it rained nearly everyday. unfortunately as the sheets and towels got washed myself and my family were left with minimal bedding. As I know most villas are well equipped with sheets and towels etc.. it wasn’t. we were reassured we was ok for the night. I was pissed! ( it’s not there fault, their doing there best and managing with what they have) luxury villas are well equipped- it’s not luxury. As it rained the front of the house got flooded. We couldn’t go anywhere. Our last night there was some sort of animal in the roof. Managing team was notified plus the owner. I am STILL awaiting a response. Overall our stay was ok. I personally would not go back as it’s too far from everything."
