Great stay!
My husband and I had a great time here! The cabin was very nice and clean! The view was incredible as well! It was a great place to stay to celebrate our anniversary! It did get a little hot in the afternoons but that come with temperatures in the high 90s. The drive in is not the nicest but once you get there it’s in a gated community and the facilities are very nice! Overall we really enjoyed staying here!

Awesome Stay
I am a pastor who recently lost my wife to cancer and needed a getaway to decompress and reconnect with God. This was the perfect location to isolate myself away from people for a couple of days. Place was very clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend. Plus I grew up in Eufaula, Oklahoma.

Inside of the cabin was tidy and clean with beautiful views of the lake. Cabins were spaced out perfectly so we could not see another cabin from ours which was just what we were looking for. Small kitchen area with extra appliances available for borrowing meant we had everything we needed.

Perfect quiet getaway
My husband and I just needed some downtime! This property was secluded, quiet, so clean, and beautiful. Even nicer than the pictures. Great hot water and water pressure, plenty of amenities, within 10 minutes of great restaurants. And great view of the lake! The other reviews were right - the neighborhood you have to drive through is a little sketchy, but the property (which is gated) is great. Would highly recommend.

Although the cabin is cozy and inviting, the furniture as in the couch, dinning chairs, and the bed are not the same as the ones in the pictures online, water pressure was low but that is expected in the more “remote” areas. This cabin I would recommend for weekend stays. Also bring an extra blanket when staying in the winter.

Great Weekend Getaway
Very cozy cottage with a beautiful view! Literally had the most breathtaking view of the lake from the living room and bedroom. Jacuzzi tub was very clean and worked just as good as any hot tub. We enjoyed it immensely. Our cabin did not have a full kitchen but they have plenty appliances to use from client cabin and we had everything we needed, plus the bonus of a horse shoe pit and games and DVDs to borrow.

Great Cabin
We booked one of the treehouses as an anniversary gift for our parents. They raved about it. They thought it was meticulously cleaned and organized, beautiful decorated, and had great views of the lake. They are already talking about booking one of the other cabins again this year. Gorgeous!
What a wonderful cabin and property! We had a wonderful stay in early April. Everything is gorgeous and clean. We were extremely comfortable. I do have my doubts that the AC could keep up in mid-summer temperatures for us since we are hot natured, but for this time of year it was perfectly fine. We enjoyed the walking trail and the fact that we could bring our dogs along. I would love to return!

Perfect place to get away
There is so much I loved about our stay at Calico Heights, not the least of which was the tree house cabins. When you walk in, it is like walking into an HGTV finished home. So very beautifully decorated and laid out. We were looking for a secluded get away and found it here. We utilized the two kayaks available and walked the lovely trails. All we needed was our clothes and food to eat everything else was provided. We look forward to coming back. It was our first visit, it will not be our last.
