"This is a very cozy and quiet place in the South Bend area about 10 minutes from Notre Dame. There are horses on property which are nice to look at and thick woods behind. The house is fully loaded with everything you need, towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. There is even a grill on the porch. "The property itself, the outdoor areas and the main house were incredible. An absolutely beautiful location and view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a few challenges. The stove was broken the entire weekend and while the property manager reached out and sent someone to fix it the first day, the technician wasn’t able to and they never followed up when I let them know it was still broken. The down side is that this home is showing signs of wear in the two years since we were first there.
