Close to the event, but not right in the middle of it all. In fact the marathon course passed right by it. The location was very clean and stocked. The kitchen is well equipped and nice and bright. This is not the fanciest place to stay but it she is in a great place. Evoke Winery is right next store with a lovely patio to visit. There are some steep stairs so be sure that works for you or your guests. Bathrooms are all upstairs. I would happily rent again. "
