"The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona."

"Unfortunately weather kept us from using the property. Heater was underwhelming. It never fully functioned despite a visit from maintenance who told us that it had to be on ‘auto’ to work. The output never changed despite his insistence. Property was as advertised and in better weather the heater would likely not be an issue. "
