Beautiful, clean red brick home, just north of Sterling. (3 Bed, 1 Bath, + Loft, Laundry Room, and garage)

Stay on a quiet country road, super close to Palisade Golf Course and Resevoir, Gunnison Resevoir, Nine Mile Resevoir, with quick access to the Arapeen trail system in the Manti La Sal mountain range, and the Manti Temple.

Quiet Getaway
We were very happy with our stay here. It’s down a very quiet country road so you get your peace and tranquility but it’s also within minutes of Palisade State Park and hundreds of miles of trails on the Arapeen Trail. I definitely recommend this place!

It’s out of the way of the hustle and bustle very quiet and tranquil beautiful scenery in the morning when you get up we were there to ride the atv trails we stayed eight days and rode over 800 miles we had a wonderful time a great place was to stay!!!

Clean and cute home in a great location
Loved staying in this super cute, well equipped, cozy home in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. Close to multiple reservoirs and ATV trails. Beds are comfortable. Kids loved the loft area! We had a great time!

Immaculate Country House
We stayed here with 7 adults for a Palisade Lake family reunion. The home is a 4 minute drive to the lake. Bedrooms were clean and minimalistic. Kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again next year!

Fun Family Reunion
We stayed here for a family reunion at Palisades State Park. It only took about 5 minutes to get to the park so that was nice. Getting up to the loft is a little tricky and we worried about our 3 year old grand daughter climbing up and down the ladder. We had a nice stay and a fun reunion.

Great Launch Site for Fun in Area
The property was easy to find, well kept up and clean, and had plenty of room to park all our vehicles and toys. It was close to Palisades State Park--we could ride our bikes there. It was also close to some great ATV trails in the mountains nearby. The property manager was easy to contact and helpful. We highly recommend this property for a fun family retreat.
