« The house was clean outside but: The communication from Expedia did not exist. We got to the property, neither the phone number nor email for host worked. We could not get in. Called Expedia many times, could not talk to a person. The longest I waited on hold was over 1/2 hr (have screen shot). We gave up and got another room from another company. »

« Would not recommended this place. The internet only works well in the living room. The host does not let the guest control the temperature, so they had the heat blasting the whole time. The laundry is outside the unit and you have to walk outside up a staircase that was covered in ice and snow to do laundry and my husband slipped and fell down the stairs because they dont keep it de-iced. »
