"We were in town for a boxing tournament in Searcy. It's easy to get stressed out during these events worrying about weights/opponents/cardio/etc. However the sun room on the back of the house was calming and inviting overlooking the river. We even caught a few rainbow trout off the dock! It was a great, well stocked house only 2 minutes from available fuel, diners, and a dollar general!"

"We had our family Christmas weekend and it was great! The kids fished off the deck and had so much fun! The house was perfect for us! The staircase is very tiny and wasn’t easy going up and down for adults but we made it work! Kids loved it!! It was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful in this area! We can’t wait to come back in the spring. We did have garbage disposal and dishwasher issues but it didn’t hamper our stay! Overall it was fantastic and we will rent again!! "

My only tiny little critique is that the listing made it seem like the river was just out the back door. It is a long walk, or a short drive away, but not within viewing distance.
