"I booked this home as it was located in Jacksonville and we were there to visit as many wineries as we could during our visit. While you may feel a bit like "what the heck" when you are driving up the dirt road to the home, when you step inside, you will know you made the right choice! I was greeted with a welcome text from the owner, a bottle of wine, and the perfect size coffee cups for us to keep as mementos of our trip. The house looks brand new and all of the appliances worked (not always the case when renting a home). The beds were amazingly comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities as the weather was in winter mode. I can't wait to recommend this lovely tiny home to anyone looking to visit in the area and come back again with my husband and dogs in the spring/summer. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable by being the "hosts with the most". :) "

"Our stay was so great that we wished we had been able to stay for a few weeks to really use all the outdoor opportunities afforded by this beautiful property. We didn’t use the outdoor area associated with our wagon other than to play cards because we were out and about sightseeing but everything was set up beautifully. The walking paths and swimming hole were so inviting. A microwave probably isn’t feasible but for us, who wanted to maximize a long weekend of adventure, it would have come in handy. I wouldn’t have done anything else differently. There was some week day commuter road noise but it was short lived. Just go to the river and welcome the day at the picnic table. That’s just what we did. Absolutely beautiful! You’ll get a chance to meet your lovely hosts but they give you your privacy though they live just above the riverside Conestoga wagon camp location. "

"This is a lovely and relaxing space. Fully fenced and pet friendly. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The sulfur water felt really great on my skin. Yes it’s smelly, but I knew that going into it and it was not a problem at all for me. Full amenities and private. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway. Short drives to downtown for shopping or dining out. I had a couple of snafu in the beginning with the code getting in but The host responded right away. Communication with her was very easy and very responsive. I hope to book the house again next year. It’s a great midway point for me and my friend to meet."

"We were staying as a family for a family day camp. Didn’t get any check in information until I asked for it an hour before (so we were already on our way, hoping it would all work out). Despite the website listing, there was no WiFi to be found, and the A/C was sporadic at best (it was in the 90s and smoky). We were provided a 5 gallon bottle of water which was great, but given the heat we ran through that pretty fast. No response after the first day when we asked how to get more. Also no key was provided, so we had to leave it unlocked all day. There was no catastrophe, but for the price the lack of response after the day of check in for any request was concerning, and very dissapointing."

"Great communication and service. Great location for access to the coast and crater lake etc. Could use more cooling in the loft, but was extremely hot during our stay and cooled down by morning. Maybe some outdoor chairs would be nice as well."
