Pros - clean, affordable, quiet, close to downtown shops and restaurants, comfortable bed, easy check in process, ability to do laundry, cute outside area with fireplace.
Things I would say could use improvement - the home would benefit from some extra decor and staging. There is a lot of open and undecorated space that makes the home feel less than cozy.
The bedroom is upstairs. The ceilings are maybe 6ft. Luckily, my partner and I are 5'7 but anyone taller would not be comfortable. I couldn't wear my heels upstairs.
The TV in the living room has a blown speaker so certain tones make a really weird sound.
The other homes on the street are a bit rough.
There is only one mirror (that I found) in the entire home and it's in the bathroom. I tried to do my hair and makeup in the bathroom but there isn't a vanity so it just made it a bit difficult.
Overall it is a decent, clean place to stay. Putting some extra time and money into the interior decorating would increase the value and appeal.
