"I loved the hotel but had a terrible experience with a waitress in the bistro/bar. The bistro closes at 10:30, at 10pm after a 9 hr drive we asked her if we could order food. She became furious and said we had one min to order that we really shouldn't be allowed to order. She then said i can't take care of you. One of the servers will have to help you. She yelled back to her co-workers "shut the kitchen down now, no one else can order, everyone else can figure out how to do uber eats." The server apologized for her behavior and said the kitchen doesn't close until 10pm so i don't know why she's doing that. Everyone else was great! Property was nice."

"We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was for the price! For one, the staff is friendly and helpful. We needed an additional night stay due to icy road conditions. We were given another night with a discount! Secondly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable. "
