"Getting to the complex was easy, until you were trying to find the unit. Did circles of the parking lot and had to ask someone where it was. Getting in there the unit was clean, which is always great, but than the real nightmare started. The AC did not work. The Nest Host team called me Wednesday saying the repair team would be there to fix it, nobody came. Thursday we got the same call, again nobody showed. I had emailed, them both evenings and than they did not reply until Sunday. Saying they...

"Was supposed to stay for a month. Booked for a hefty amount and received confirmation from host and that’s it. Never received check in info, or heard from the “host” again. Do not book this stay. Thanks to VRBO for getting me straightened out on the check in day, although it was not a day free of stress. "
