"The place was clean and the room was nice. They had a decent breakfast available. The gym had a lot of equipment to choose from and I loved the jacuzzi. Nice and hot!!! The only downside was we came in at 3:30am due to heavy snow and the front desk person was not welcoming or friendly. When I got to the door I had to press a button to be let in. He came out of the back looking disheveled and then just stood there with his arms folded and staring at me like he was mad before buzzing me in…. He said we couldn’t check in it was too early and when I told him we had gotten the room through Expedia just now because of the snow he was gruff and said well then it’s $29.99 extra to check in now. I get it but he could have been way nicer. "
