Our family truly enjoyed the property! The pool was the center of our stay but everybody had an enjoyable time reading on the patios and playing games in between giggles. Fabulous facility for any family gathering.

Fantastic week and One Beach Rd. Staci was a fantastic host and helped out with anything we asked. The location was fantastic and just a few minutes from our sailboat charter and paddle board outfitter. The amenities at this property were superb and it will be hard to rent anything else after staying here.

Lovely property. We snorkeled every single day Sometimes twice a day! Lots of time spent in beautiful pool. Even took the kayaks out once. Fully stocked kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful stay but lack of security was concerning. Gates never closed, the sliding glass windows on back did not lock, and downstairs door would not open.

Family Get Away
As all the other reviews have indicated, the property is amazing. Very short drive into Red Hook so entertainment and restaurants are close by. Staci was very helpful throughout the rental process and stay. Her recommendations were great as far as a provisioner and other beaches on the Island. We had 9 adults and two children, and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend the property.

A Wonderful Family Vacation
One Beach Road fit our needs as a family group of 10 people perfectly! The outdoor living space, pool and beach are all amazing, and there is easy access to the sea for snorkeling and kayaking - with all equipment provided. We loved the easy access to Red Hook. Staci, the host, is terrific and was very helpful.

Beautiful home and location! The house was clean and is well-maintained and was equipped with everything we needed to make a perfect trip. For 3 families with children, the pool and private beach was exactly what we needed to not stress about having activities planned each day.. we had everything at the house! 40 and FANTASTIC
8 adults stayed for some 40th birthday fun, we had 0 expectations beyond the photos here, what an amazing property and vacation!! Everything exceeded our expectations- the VIEW, every bedroom had an amazing view and also very private; the AMENITIES, the full sound system, ice maker, outside fridge…. But the best part was STACI, what an awesome host. We used so many of her recommendations, and loved every one! She was so easy to communicate with, responsive, even delivered fresh muffins one morning! What a gem! We could go on and on- only disappointment was having to leave! Hopefully one day we will make it back to this magical place, it has stollen our hearts!

Couples Trip
Stacy was amazing - she answered any questions we had and was on top of it. She delivered homemade muffins that were amazing. The home was everything that is shown on line. The quality of everything is amazing and the home could not have been better. We were on a couples trip. Their were six of us and we loved every minute. Not one complaint!! Great vacation
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Our party of 12 Really enjoyed our stay. Our host went over and above to ensure that all our requests were satisfied. I can’t say enough about her help in meeting our needs. Our kids and grandkids spent a lot of time in the pool and on the beach. The kayaks were in constant use. We really hated to leave.

The property was everything we expected and more and Staci, our host, was also fantastic with local recommendations and 5-star hospitality. Pictures just cannot do tgis place justice for the amazing views and privacy this home offers. We also loved the freedom of cayaking and snorkleing whenever we wanted and the pool was a great mid-day cool down between the other activities. The kids enjoyed the frequent visits from the iguanas who were always looking for a quick snack. Woukd definitely book this house again on our next trip.

Great place for large family
We had a wonderful stay at this property and our family of 10...with our kids and partners ranging in ages from 12-25. We used the apartment and had plenty of room. The backyard (beach and pool) was so amazing! We snorkeled everyday and had lots of pool time. Snorkel gear, floats and pool noodles at the house, but could rent snorkel gear in nearby Red Hook. Perfect location for setting up a fishing excursion and private catamaran day trip to snorkel and sail. Coral World is close and it's super close to Margaritaville and Sapphire Beach. Also the ferry to St John's and several restaurants are in Red Hook (5 min away). It was a wonderful trip and the location and property were a big reason for this! Thank you for the memories!
