Brigadoon: A beautiful Villa In Red Hook /plus studio apartment sleeps 6 guests.

Brigadoon, a spacious two bedroom, two bath villa commands a bird's eye view over “the city” of Red Hook to St. John all the way to the British Virgin Islands. Six people can easily relax in comfort here. Breezes abound. Sunrise and coffee go hand in hand. You can fall down the hill to Moe’s Fresh Market and more than a half dozen restaurants of your choice. Heading to St. John? The ferry is at your doorstep. Beach? Choose from 6 or more beaches all within a 5 minute drive.

Each bedroom boasts a king size bed. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms which considering the trade winds, you probably will not need. Ideal privacy for one or two couples and could accommodate additional guests on the overstuffed, wide custom sofas. There is also a studio apartment below Brigadoon which can accommodate a 7th or 8th guest.

Every amenity you would need is provided including wireless internet, dish network television, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, outdoor grill and more!

View is amazing! Enjoyed Red Hook area and being close to variety of dining options, grocery stores, and ferry to St. John's. Great villa, location, and host. One negative is having to take your garbage at end of stay to an off-site garbage dumpster.

Our Perfect Winter Getaway
We could not be more pleased with our stay at Brigadoon which is why we return here and will continue to return here in the future. The view of American Yacht Harbor, St John and BVI is just beautiful all times of the day and night. We love the proximity to Red Hook and nearby beaches such as Sapphire and Lindquist. Pat is a wonderful host and can’t wait for our next visit!

Beautiful Brigadoon
We had an amazing stay at the Brigadoon. Host Pat was extremely helpful with any questions. Provided beach towels and beach chairs, which was bonus. The Redhook area was close to all the booked activities and super fun in the evenings. Will definitely be coming back and would love to book the Brigadoon again! The view is absolutely amazing!

Worth the view
We picked this property for the view. In the mornings we would eat breakfast and enjoy our view of St Johns. The easy access to Red Hook, the ferry to St Johns and the closeness to Sapphire Bay made this an ideal spot for us. We would absolutely return. Highly recommend.

Perfection! Amazing Villa with breathtaking views!!!
I don't even know where to start! We have rented through VRBO and Home Away for several years all over the Caribbean, Mexico and US and Brigadoon was by far the best experience we have ever had. Working with Jillian, Jessica and the owners from day one was not only flawless but very enjoyable. The hospitality they provide is outstanding! Thank you for making our stay in St. Thomas so enjoyable! Now about Brigadoon...PERFECT is the only word to accurately describe it. The home itself is beautiful and you can see the pride of ownership in every detail. From the top notch furnishings to the little extras like the binoculars readily available to enjoy the amazing views- they thought of everything! And the views...breathtaking from the moment you walk in! We spent countless hours on the patio soaking up the sun and the views, one of the most relaxing vacations we've had! The location of Brigadoon is perfect- very private but right up the hill from Red Hook. Less than a one minute drive to restaurants, shopping and Moe's Market and 5 minutes to several beautiful beaches. Having the washer and dryer was such a huge bonus, I realized I could have left half of what I brought at home. I could ramble on for days, but to really sum it up- if you're looking for a beautiful home with just about every amenity you can think of- stop looking, you just found it!!!!

Brigadoon-stay
The property is fantastic! Everything you need and more. Breathtaking views. Every detail was considered. Captain Pat is a fascinating woman. Sailing with her and her first mate was a beautiful experience. If you have the opportunity I definitely recommend a day at sea on the Independence! Thank you for everything. Lovely property with amazing views!
We really enjoyed this property. It's in a fantastic location, very close to shops and restaurants. The view is absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio after a long day at the beach. The house was very clean. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms which makes sleeping very comfortable even when it's hot outside. We definitely took advantage of all the beach supplies provided and never had to rent chairs or umbrellas when we went to the beach. As others have stated, the road that leads up to the house is incredibly steep but not too hard to manage. We had a wonderful time in St Thomas and would definitely return to this property in the future.

Beautiful view with accessible location. Enjoyed meeting the locals who were very nice.
This property was in a great location making it easy to get to Magens Beach, Trunks Bay ( St. Johns) and Liquist Beach. We also snorkeled and zip lined which was amazing. The hill is steep but did offer a great work out even for the 2 17 year old boys. They loved shopping at the stores near by and playing football in the water. The beaches are incredible. This was our first time on the island, and we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful Property - AMAZING Views
This is a fantastic rental which is well appointed, easy to access and has lots of smart extras available. The full kitchen has all of the expected stuff plus many nice to haves. The patio offers plenty of seating to enjoy the views and plenty of comfortable indoor seating as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms are equally comfortable and well appointed. The only downside is the steep road and driveway up but how else can you get the views? We found it very manageable to walk up from a night of food and fun in Red Hook (average age around 50). This is top of my list for future bookings!

Everything we wanted in a vacation stay
What a gorgeous home and view! Waking up every morning to watch the sunrise was the perfect start to every day. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. The location was near my favorite beaches and it was an easy walk down to Red Hook and a good workout back up from Red Hook haha. Thank you for making our week everything we needed to relax!

Girls trip in paradise
My girlfriends and I had such an amazing time visiting Brigardoon and the US Virgin Islands. The views from this place cannot be beat and was such a treat every morning and every night of our trip. The road/incline to get to this place is no joke but once you do it a couple times you get used to it. (We rented a Jeep which I highly recommended). We love the location because we were so close to Moe’s fresh market, a couple great restaurants and bars at the fairy/marina that we used frequently

Real good, would recommend to friends
Loved staying here, exactly as described. The view honestly might even be better than the photos portray. Perfect for two couples, both bedrooms were large and comfortable. The balcony’s incredible. Clean. Conveniently located near some great bars and restaurants (definitely check out “Duffy’s Loveshack”), as well as the ferry to St John. Only downside was the long driveway up to the property, which made walking down and back to the Brigadoon a bit of a workout, but again, the view was well worth the hike!

Perfect Villa in Red Hook!
Awesome villa overlooking Red Hook with an unforgettable view. I could sit out on that balcony every day all day! My fiancé and I, along with both of our parents, stayed in Pat’s villa for 5 days…my parents rented out the studio below which was also so cute and perfect!! I do recommend renting a car, as the hill to the villa is VERY steep. This location is perfect if you want to be close to the ferry to take you to St. John (you can see the ferries coming in from the balcony) and also close proximity to many restaurants, bars, and grocery store! My fav coffee shop is Lattes in Paradise. The AC in the bedrooms helped a ton since the living room/kitchen did not have AC. You won’t regret staying at the Brigadoon! We will definitely be back for another visit.
