Perfect getaway family condo! New carpet, dishwasher, stove/oven. Located in the back of the Ocean Walk complex- flexible workspace, quiet, private, with walkout patio to lawn and shade trees. Close to the Village, 5 minutes to beach access. Ocean Walk has TONS of amenities! 2 pools (1 heated), fishing pond, tennis courts, HUGE playground, outdoor ping pong table, swings, exercise room, and dog run!
Nicely appointed condo with 1 king bedroom with attached full bath, 2nd bedroom with full under twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, additional full bathroom, comfortable living room, kitchen, eating area, and quiet patio and grass area . All linens included with cleaning fee along with beach/pool towels, beach chairs, and sand buckets and shovels. Beach towels, 2 chairs, and sand toys included. YoutubeTV subscription with Showtime and HBO. The perfect place to get away and relax!

This unit was the perfect place for us. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Close enough to walk to the village. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, the corn hole, and the ping pong.

Everything as advertised
Communication with the owner was good. The place was clean and met our needs. The walk to downtown restaurants was maybe one mile and there were nice places to walk our dog. The condo was not fancy but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking stuff. It is a reasonably cost effective place to stay on SSI.

We enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes to the park and shops in St. Simons. While there we toured jekyll Island and visited Driftwood Beach. We only stayed 2 days but will visit the area another time. It was very relaxing and magical.

Family Friendly Property
We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was exactly as described and perfect for our family (2 small boys). It is not going to be the fanciest condo on the island, but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Ocean Walk property is nice and quiet. We spoke with the owner a couple of times (not due to any issues) and she was very prompt and kind in helping us out.

St Simons Charm
Perfect place to stay to observe the charm of St Simons… the charm of the abundant massive live oaks with signature spanish moss, the architectural charm of village and its tasty cuisine, along with all of the island’s historical and military significance through the centuries. Very enlightening and delightful visit during our long weekend.

We loved this condo. It was so close to everything including the beach. We had everything we needed already there. The big plus was we were right beside one of the pools. Everyone who lives there was very nice and Ali was very responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again!

It’s clean, but so in need of updates. The area is very quiet, never heard anyone above us. Even with needing the updates, I would rent again. The owner gets in touch with you immediately if needed and I think it was worth the price.

Condo needs some updates
Dishwasher didn't work properly. Dishes came out dirty so I just hand washed everything. Dirty plates, glasses, silverware were put up so I rewashed it all. Neighbors upstairs were stomping around all hours. Updates needed with new paint and wallpaper . Otherwise location is great. We love Ocean Walk and have stayed many times but first time at this condo. We'll be back but probably not this condo.

Excellent location condo
Overall, we had a great experience! The location was very convenient. The complex the condo was in was well kept. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Towels were provided for the bath and beach, and the beach chairs were very helpful! The condo is older but has been kept nicely, with two small exceptions— (1) there was a bit of a smoke smell when we entered, but it dissipated once the AC was going (and with a little Febreeze) and (2) the carpet going into the bedrooms was pulled up just a bit and the tack strip was exposed. I had my two young kids, so that was a bit concerning. But we easily covered them with towels and carried on! I’m sure that’s an easy fix but just haven’t had a chance to correspond with the owner (that’s totally on me!). Everything else was very neat and clean! My mom is a neat freak and was very happy with this rental. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely go back!
