1st floor charming condo in Ocean Walk! Sleeps 4!

Delightful coastal condo only 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from the village. This beautifully updated 2 bedroom + 2 bath home is full of comfort with a private back patio and many amenities just steps away. This home is family friendly! We can’t wait to host you!

Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), 2 tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing lovers, and a fully equipped clubhouse with WiFi, business center, fitness center and 2 laundry facilities. Plenty of green space with gas grills and much more to enjoy. The complex is walking distance to the pier/village area with tons of shops and restaurants and about a mile to the public beach access with plenty of parking.

You will have access to the entire townhouse.

Please Note: A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be released the day after check out.

Difficulty entering home, assigned lockbox code did not work. Disgusting!!! The hall bathroom tub/shower, no water available, everyone had to shower in master bathroom. Very inconvenient. It was so aggravating when we finally were able to get inside of the house, ready to shower, no water on in bathroom tub. Lighting was not the best.

Wonderful!
Such a cozy home! Just the right amount of room for 3 adults. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a short driving distance to other local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!
