Welcome to our spacious home in St. Petersburg just minutes from downtown! This retreat boasts 3 beds (2 bedrooms), 1 bath, and a fully equipped, updated kitchen. Enjoy island seating, a dining area, and two living spaces with TVs. Plus, a new washer/dryer, large backyard, and outdoor space complete this perfect getaway.

This home is convenient to the highway, downtown St. Pete, and local shops and restaurants.

Three sleeping spaces offer a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom boasts a full-size bed with a twin trundle, perfect for families or small groups. In the back of the home, there is a large room with a king-size bed and a second living space. Perfect for when everyone needs some quiet time at the end of the day. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and wake up refreshed to explore all the area has to offer.

High-speed internet and two smart TVs.

Please Note: The king bed/living area is in its own space but does not have a door that closes off that area. Also, a computer monitor is included in the workspace, but not the computer itself.

Access to the home is via a front door smart lock. Your access code will be delivered to you shortly before your stay.
