This 3 bedroom/3 bath South view gulf front condo captures the beauty of the white sandy beach, blue waters, and world-renowned sunsets. There are only 5 three bedroom condos out of 160 units in Sunset Vista.
This condo is 1740 heated square feet including two balconies with ocean views, two primary bedrooms each with en-suite bath. The first primary bedroom features a balcony with ocean views, two queen beds, large walk in closet, flat screen TV, dual vanity and private water closet. Bedroom 2 is a second en-suite primary with a king bed, private bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. Living room has 2 queen sleeper sofas and a large flat screen tv. The fully renovated equipped kitchen features quartz counter-tops, stainless steel appliances with double oven and breakfast bar. Living room and dining room have plenty of room for a large family and access to another balcony. Washer and dryer in the unit. This unit has two parking spaces located right in front of the elevators.

Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.

Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.


A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.

In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. You will be just a short drive to malls, theaters, and downtown St. Petersburg for museums like Dali or Chihuly, visit the popular Beach Drive for walks among the huge banyan trees, and dine at many fine/casual indoor/outdoor restaurants.

Great Spring Break Location
We’ve stayed at Sunset Vistas two times and have been nothing but happy. This is a great family friendly place and the condo was great.

overall great stay! loved being beach front. plenty of space. easy access to parking and proximity to the condo. Cute ice cream place next door that we walked to daily. Restaurant on site wasn’t so friendly or accommodating but it’s also low season.

Right on the beach!
Good ocean views, access to beach couldn’t have been easier. Older building, clean, quiet. Staff were nice and helpful. Great pool and jacuzzi. This unit needs some organizing, sprucing up and clean-up. Lots of leftover beach stuff and other stuff in the closets. Bed linens and towels are older and a bit worn.

This was I think our 10th year staying at this resort. We have in the past rented the pent house suites and one 3 bedroom unit. This was the best even without the beach front view. The rooms were clean, the furnishings were very nice and modern. The kitchen was stocked with ample items not the bare necessities. We have already made our reservation for a return next year.

Beautiful Unit
The unit was beautiful and well equipped. The mattress’s need replaced. Also the outlets in all 3 bathrooms did not work. The air conditioning did not work when we arrived which was a bit disappointing. Honestly the complex needed some cleaning and fresh paint. We were disappointed at the amount of pot and cigarettes we could smell from our balcony.. At times the smell was overwhelming.

Favorite Spot

Lovely vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property and location were perfect. The condo was very clean other than the floors which were filthy and sticky if you were walking around barefoot. Otherwise, would definitely recommend!
