Newly & Completely Renovated and Professionally Decorated 2bed/2bath, ground floor condo in a resort style, gated community of AVALON AT CLEARWATER, just 5min drive to the world famous Clearwater Beach. The condo offers a Split Floorplan with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for a very comfortable stay for a family or 2 couples. Amenities include a gorgeous, resort style, salt water pool area, bbq area, gazebo and fitness center all nestled between beautiful court yards. Condo features modern 12x24 porcelain tile throughout,(no carpeting anywhere for mold to lurk under), king beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. Master has an ensuite w/step in rain head shower & walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have been completely re done brand new with new tiling, bathtub, shower and vanities. Queen sofa bed in the great room with upgraded plush mattress. Beautiful private Lanai with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with walkout from the Master as well as the Great room. Great room features 50" flat screen LED TV with free WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen w/granite counter tops, all new white shaker style cabinets & stainless steel appliances, refrigerator has ice maker in the freezer drawer.

Condo is stocked w/beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler & large beach mat for your fun on the areas many beautiful beaches, try a different beach every day or relax in the resort style heated pool.

Great location
Beautiful property, beautiful pool, close to the beach. So nice to have the umbrellas, beach chairs and towels available to use. Loved the layout of the condo and the two bathrooms.

The condo was very nice, clean, easy to get to from the airport, and a very quick drive to Clearwater Beach. Alexandra was wonderful to work with, quick at responding to emails, and everything was just as described! Our family had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay at the condo! Perfect vacations !
We had an amazing stay. Everything is as described. 10 min drive to the beaches, supermarket across the street, restaurants everywhere, swimming pool is never crowded. Apartment is super clean and very comfortable. We had a blast and will definitely come back !

Nice Condo
Very nice place. It is a condo complex with a mix of owners that live there and vacationers. The condo was very well stocked & had everything we needed. Parking was convenient to the condo and it was just a short walk to the pool. There is a very good restaurant and plenty of shopping within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is a 10 minute drive away.

Clean property, close to Clearwater Beach. Ideal for a family vacation. Away from the hustle and bustle but nice and centrally located. Went to all of the surrounding beach towns. Property looks just as advertised in the pics. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Sea Salt is a fantastic place to stay. The proximity to Clearwater/Dunedin/Tarpon Springs is perfect. Easy access to Pinellas's Trail. Alexandra is excellent to work with and made our first VRBO experience phenomenal and something that we will certainly do again (including revisiting Sea Salt)! You will not be disappointed with this rental-

Excellent place to stay!
This is our 3ed time back to this property complex, 2nd time at this specific condo. Alexandra is great to work with, has great communication, and her place is updated, clean, and easy to get to. It's only a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and close to a lot of restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this condo! It also has a pool that we enjoyed a couple of times when we didn't feel like going to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It felt like we were staying at a friends place and not a rental! Property not cleaned or prepared - Host refused refund
The condo was not cleaned or prepared for our stay. The Host refused to refund us or provide us with other accommodations and basically sent an email stating, I just spoke with my cleaning lady and the condo was ABOSLUTLEY prepared for you even after she received several photos of all dirty bed sheets including the pull out couch, dirty towels laying on the floor, dirty bathrooms, dirty sinks, floors and blinds. We basically had to find other accommodations at 6:30 PM for a 5 night say which included a weekend for 5 adults including immune compromised ones.

Very nice apartment
Host was very responsive, apartment was clean and well-furnished, with a very nice pool and exercise equipment. A gated community, very close to grocery shopping and close to downtown. Short walk to a bar/restaurant with good-enough food. There are no attractions close enough to walk to, but the drive is not far. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.
