Cute 1 bedroom, 1 bath single unit located in a peaceful and centrally-located area in Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This spot is allll about location!! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The space
The unit is located on a corner lot, next to a larger house that has smaller studio apartments. Your unit is in a separate building, has 1 bed, 1 bath and your own parking spot! The bedroom has a king size bed, TV with cable full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, and towels. The couch in the living area is a sofa sleeper that sleeps two.

Guest access
The front patio is open to all guests. Outside the back door of your unit, there is an open space as well that is accessible to you.

An odd little apartment
The location? Great. Cleanliness? Fine. Water in the fridge and snacks? Thoughtful. Cleaning fee? Excessive. It should be 50 and no more. I’ve paid 120 for 3 bedrooms on VRBO. The bathroom? Odd. The sink is on the main level but the toilet and shower are approx.12 inches higher. Avoiding water leaking from the shower is impossible and getting out of the shower when wet, dropping to the floor with nothing to grab is scary.

Great Find!
Cute little gem with many amenities! Perfect location for leisurely strolls to St Pete’s Pier. Well-stocked kitchen allowed us to “eat-in”. Great Wi-Fi service. Best part of all - EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS WITH OWNER! Very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location and all we needed.
Yearly trip for Reggae Rise Up. This location is a few blocks from vinoy. Location had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. Booked it again for next year. Communication with the owner was prompt and accommodating.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but...
It's sort of a surprise, once you step in. It's a very nice apartment with full kitchen, nice living room and large bedroom. The bathroom was a little cramped, but served it's purpose. I was attending a painting workshop, so was out by 8 and back after 4 p.m. I met fellow workshop attendees for dinner each night, so didn't utilize the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and to have a pariking spot right outside the front door was wonderful. And the location was perfect. walking distance to downtown and the Aquatic Center.

Great location!
The apartment was bigger, quieter and newer than we hoped, so all the good reviews were correct. We appreciated the king bed, large kitchen, extra pull-out bed in the living room for the snorer and easy lock/unlock entry. But the big surprise was the location just two blocks from the free "Looper" that does a full circle around downtown St Pete every 15/20 minutes to museums, Publix and Pier and also connects to the free Central Ave trolly through the arts district and the Sunrunner that goes all the way west to beach access. No need for a car! Communication with tenant manager was especially prompt and informative. We will return!

We had a great stay using this condo as our home base as we explored St Pete's coffee shops, restaurants and shopping by the water. We really needed a stand alone bedroom so our toddler could go down early in a separate room, this was great for that & both AC units were up to the task in the FL heat. The unit was clean and had fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, tupperware, etc; anything you would need.

This property is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is great to have a parking spot literally right in front of your entry door. The Black Crow Coffee shop is less than a block away. Delicious pastries and wonderful coffee. This unit is very close to everything. The kitchen is large and completely stocked with all necessary utensils, pots and pans! The hosts are very communicative and helpful.

What a fantastic place!
I can't say enough good things about this property! All communications with the management were prompt, friendly and very informative. The unit had everything you could want: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a comfortable bed and perhaps most importantly for Florida, great air conditioning! The location is superb, right in the heart of Old Northeast and only blocks from the Pier and downtown's great waterfront, museums, shops, restaurants and nightlife. I would love to stay there again in the future.
