Nestled in the heart of our beautiful beach community. Just a short stroll back and forth to the beach. Spacious 2 bedroom, Large open living area and a private family deck for grilling or just chilling with a cool one. It has all the comforts of home.
Make it a romantic getaway for 2 or bring the family and enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Rent a boat at one of the local shops or hop on the beach trolley that stops steps from the apartment and explore Clearwater beach and St. Pete beach communities. This unit was very disappointing. The photos made it look like it was in much better condition. No maintenance dine hete, ever.Housekeeping did a presentable job, in view of how run down this unit is. Only 1 of 3 TVs worked. The livingroom TV needed a remote. It took several txt msgs over several days to get action from the property mgr, Carter. Light broken in the dark stairway. There were 4 towels, all so thin and gray you could almost see threw them. The washer was filthy. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans that are in disgusting condition. The grease is so thick on the cookware, we were afraid we would start a fire if we used them on a hot stove. The mismatched silverware was the cheap kind that hurt our teeth. there were only 4 forks, 3 teaspooonly 5 for ki

Your place was comfortable and location was great.However, it would be nice to have had a “welcome”packet to tell renters about the Jolly Trolley which was convenient and east, to tell about nearby restaurants and convenience stores.Also 2 rolls of toilet paper…really. We purchased more and left for others. No kleenix…we also purchased and left.The screen to outside door off bedroom is torn and lampshade torn as well. The towels are quite worn and should be replaced and I would check microwave as the plastic on inside door is coming off.

Another Wonderful Stay!!
This was our 2nd year back at this property and it’s perfect for us. For the price point, you can’t beat the location of this rental. We love IRB and love this property and the owners, they have always been super accommodating and caring. Will see you again next year, may even come for a few days in the Winter ❤️

Nice Area
A nice area and place to stay. The only down sides were the noisy neighbors in the other unit kept us awake all night. The bed in the other unit needs moved away from the adjoining wall. The back deck also needs replaced because the termites from it are starting to flood into the house pretty bad in the kitchen area. Seems they were coming through under the sliding door. Aside from those 2 things, it really was a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and functional. Very close to the beach too!

Really nice getaway. We had some internet issues but could be an easily fix. The coffee pot needs to be replaced. Everything else was fantastic. We rated this place 5 Stars because the two problems could be easily taken care of. We will come back.

Quick trip
Recently stayed with my 18 year old daughter to do a college visit in St.petes. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. Was busy but not Clearwater busy. Easy walk to restaurants and CVS for any of those missed packed items. Beds were comfortable parking was easy. If looking for a nice place with less crowds and quiet neighborhood this is the spot. If she ends up picking University of South Florida this would be an ideal spot for the family to stay.

Slice of Heaven
We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our 2nd year in IRB and the location and accommodations were perfect. There are a couple of things that could be updated like utensils and a new gas grill but for the price point these are not things that are even a bother. Loved the deck and loved being able to have our fur baby with us on vacation. We will be booking this home for the same dates next year and will look forward to it every moment until then. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!

House was clean, updated bathroom and pretty new fridge and stove. Could use a new sofa. It was in a really good location. The steps going up to the entrance were pretty steep for being in mid 60’s. Overall nice place.

Great beach location
Overall we were pleased with the rental. Interior space was good, roomy, and mostly clean. Beach access is excellent and walking distance. Outside deck is usable but in need of replacement , stairs are severely rotted. Property outside unit appears to not be maintained, driveway patio blocks uneven, no outside lighting for main side entry walk. Gas grille severely rotted & unusable. Kitchen sink leaking badly and ants present.

We were on the 2nd floor with steep uneven steps. Access lighting to the 2nd floor is very poor and therefor dangerous. Back deck and stairs in serious need of replacement. Driveway is not paved.
