Condo was dirty only surface was clean. One bed didn’t have clean sheets had to wash them. Bugs in the freezer. Upstairs was very loud stomping all day and night hard to sleep.

Clearwater Stay
Property was as advertised. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to Clearwater Beach, there’s a nice bar and grill next door for food and you’re close enough to stores to cook for yourself. If I’m ever in Clearwater I hope this rental is available as this will be my first option to book. Alina was great!

Clearwater Visit
Wonderful place to stay in Clearwater. Convenient to everything Clearwater offers - beaches, restaurants, attractions and anything else of what may interest you. Condo was very clean and comfortable for us four adults. Has everything you would need (except Kleenex), just like back home. Publix store across the street for all your food and beverage needs. Will stay again when back in Clearwater.

Great place to stay!
Overall, this place was a wonderful place to stay and the host was very nice and communicative with us as we needed her. I only gave 4/5 because the place was not ready for us to stay in the first day and my S.O. and I ended up having to wait a few hours for the cleaning lady to finish because she was misinformed about our arrival date. Other than that, place is clean, furniture appears different in person than in the listing but looks updated and clean, and location is great! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had plenty of room. It was easy to come and go and in a safe neighborhood. Quick response from owner when we did have a question. Quick drive to the nearby beaches. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fun in the sun!
This home is in a great location to all sorts of amenities, grocery stores, beaches and restaurants in walking distance. Home was very clean and well stocked with the things needed for everyday. Took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that we were able to use, and the cooler which was awesome to pack drinks and snacks for a beach day. Thanks for the great memories and the awesome home to enjoy are vacation.

Great Condo
The condo was wonderfully redone (we loved the showers and all the tile work). The pool at the facility was nice and it was convenient to have Publix right across the street. It's a little drive to the beach and it was very busy over Spring Break week but we still enjoyed being able to go down towards the hustle and bustle but then have the peace and quiet days at the condo. We would recommend and stay here again! Thanks for creating a nice and clean vacation spot for guests!

Very clean and nicely decorated
The condo is very convenient and very modern decor. The heated pool and hot tub is a great plus for winter and kids. The beach is not far but, you have to get an early start or you will be stuck in traffic. Overall, great place.

Wonderful two weeks at Avalon at Clearwater
Beautiful condo in a great location with all the conveniences of home. Clean and comfortable and located close to the pool. Only a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, shopping and restaurants all nearby. Alina is a wonderful host, she responded quickly to all of our questions. The four of us will definitely return again. A Great Week in Florida
This condo was comfortable, clean and pleasantly design. It’s location made it easy access to Clearwater Beach and other surroundings areas we wished to visit. When not at the beach the complex had a pool for swimming. A nice addition. The condo was a very positive part of our trip.

My husband and I stayed at the Avalon in Clearwater FL 1222, unit #801
My husband and I loved our 10 days at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was supplied and the house was extremely comfortable and clean and close to all of the beaches, restaurants and fun spots. The pool was a huge plus at the Avalon. We met so many other families from all around.. We would definitely book this home or another one at the Avalon. My daughter has stayed at the Avalon twice and has loved it. We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation.
