Steps away from Upham Beach/Paradise Grill/Parasailing/and MUCH MORE!!!!!
Beautiful Sunset View from living room and bedroom!!!Condo with a View!!!!!

A surfer theme condo with surf boards on the walls and a modern kitchen including a dishwasher and full size stainless steel appliances. Newer updated bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and has views of the gulf and amazing sunsets from the windows. The living room has the same beautiful view of the gulf of mexico and pool area out the window. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.

Sleeps four with 2 beds in 2 bedrooms.

Nearby Dining:
Buoy’s waterfront dining, Woody's Waterfront Bar & Grill, 82 Degrees, Snappers, The Toasted Monkey, Waffle House and more! All are accessible on foot or bike.

Check-in is at 4:00pm
The code will be sent to you at 3:45pm on the day of check-in, not earlier unless you have paid extra for early check-in. Be aware that early check-in is not always possible especially during high season (Feb - July).

NO elevator. Two flights of stairs to the top floor (30 steps). Nice quiet unit with no guests above you.

Walk to great restaurants, tiki bars, souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, and enjoy the sunsets on the beach.

Beach Cabanas, chairs, and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach directly in front of the condo from Sand Dunes Beach Services. They accept credit card, debit card, and cash. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance to purchase swimsuits, sunglasses, souvenirs, etc.

Highly recommend. The condo was very clean and quiet. The beach was right there along with the beachside grill. Price was perfect and the trip was very enjoyable. We had left over drinks which we left in the fridge, wasn’t sure if that was ok or not. Highly enjoyable stay!!

Our stay at this St Pete Beach condo was simply perfect! From beach to pool, it was a breeze with the kids. They loved all the beach toys, boogie boards, and umbrella provided. Great spot in a perfect location right across from the beach access. Great views of the water! The place itself is SO cute. Very well decorated and appointed with evening you need. Nice little condo community - a few families in the pool, no loud or obnoxious guests. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay
We loved our stay at Elise’s place , so close to the beach , pool , restaurants, grocery stores. Place is super cleaned, so well furnished for our needs, and equipped with everything . The host is amazing , communicates very promptly and will go beyond to make sure we were accommodated. The unit has amazing ocean views from living room and master bedroom and being in the top floor also had the advantages of no noise from the neighbors. There are plenty of beach toys for the kids and umbrellas/ chairs for all of us. We have visited St Pete many time and this is by far the best stay, will definitely come back !
