"The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. "

"A lovely hotel, but the room was not well lit. No light on the desk, no reading light over the bed. Bright modern lights in entryway and bathroom, but that is not where I wanted to work and read. Also, very odd way of presenting cheese in the breakfast room. I have not seen this anywhere else in Switzerland. Cheese cut into strips and put in little glasses get stale very fast. Loved the pool!"

"We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station."
