The property is as advised and in clean condition when we arrived, our trip is to visit WashU. We have enjoyed our stay and will book again if needed in the future.

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Easy to navigate the house and thermostats. Wish it had some Christmas decorations. And walls had a lot of hand marks on it. Still the ambiance, brick, wood, and granite left enough to catch our eyes that not many noticed the hand marks on the walls.

Challenging, then smooth
Locating a property on VRBO was easy peasy. The challenge happened with communicating with the company that represented the property. No one could communicate with me in a timely manner. Before booking the property, I read that there was a cleaning fee, but when booked the fee never appeared as paid. I asked the property manager for assistance several times before, someone was available to communicate with me in person. Thankfully, I was able to get everything cleared up. My friends & I had a wonderful night at this very beautiful property in a charming neighborhood! Would recommend it to others.

Family/friends birthday gathering
This weekend was our daughter’s 18th birthday and she wanted to celebrate with her family and a few close friends. She was so excited to see the place we picked out for her celebration and we were all very pleased with the spaciousness as well as the unique layout of the place. It is very well kept and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We all said we would love to return again sometime soon. I highly recommend!

House was clean and decorated well and large enough to accomodate all 11 of us. Good location, neighborhood was clean and felt safe. The only issue we had was the water in the kitchen sink was not working however we were only there for 1 night so it wasnt a big issue.
