Great Place - Great Location
My family and I came up to see the holiday lights at the Zoo, and this VRBO is a great location for doing just that. The house was roomy for us, and we enjoyed our stay. Fergie communicated with us promptly. We'd stay here again.

Great Weekend Stay!
This was the perfect location for our family trip to the St. Louis zoo! The house is very cute and clean with all the necessities taken care of! The owner is very responsive-especially when we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out 😂 The only item to note is the stairs leading to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor are fairly narrow and steep so be careful with little ones. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything we needed
First, the host was awesome, accommodating an early check-in and quickly helping with Wi-Fi issues. The house was clean, the three bathrooms a plus for our party of 5. We were in town for our niece's wedding and the space to spread out, full-length mirror in the primary, etc., made this the perfect location. Much more reasonable and roomy than staying at the venue. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice oasis near downtown Saint Louis
We were looking for somewhere for our family of five to stay near the downtown attractions of Saint Louis, that would give us privacy, some quiet downtime, the ability to make breakfasts. We had all of the above and more. Well appointed kitchen, great appliances, comfy beds, thoughtful amenities everywhere. The great location made getting around the area a snap, including some midday downtimes. We highly recommend this location.

Comfortable and convenient
We loved staying here. It was perfect for visiting our daughter at Wash U. We weren’t there long enough to cook in the kitchen or use the laundry but everything was very cute, cozy and comfortable. Parking was easy, the AC and heat worked great and the beds were very comfortable. And Fergie was very accommodating allowing us to check in a little earlier and check out a little later. We definitely hope to make this a regular place to stay anytime we visit St Louis! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

All in all good stay. Did’t like they can listen in on conversation with the systems they have in the kitchen. Siding was knocking on the outside wall, but would a guess it blew off in the wind storm the day before we arrived. Nice clean place

Great Communication
We stayed with a group of friends at the end of July. Fergie was very accommodating, letting us have an early checkin and and always quickly responding to any questions or issues that arose during our stay. Smaller house than I envisioned and it had a hard time cooling down with the 100 degree heat but it was perfect for a quick weekend trip. Location is centrally located and everywhere we went was just a short 10 minute commute.

Graduation Stay
We were in St Louis for our daughter’s graduation from chiropractic school, we had 7 family members staying. The Chai was the perfect home for what we needed. Having ample space for 7 people can be challenging to find but the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready and out the door for events go smoother. The location was convenient for where we wanted to spend the weekend gathering with friends and family at local favorites. The house was well stocked for our needs, plenty of coffee for our mornings. We never had trouble with parking directly in front of the house on the street, there were always available spots day and night. If we ever have the need again, we will definitely look at staying at the Chai!

Perfect place for our quick getaway
This property was perfect for our quick getaway. Seven of us traveled to St. Louis for the Cards/Cubs game and needed a place to stay. This property was clean, cute, and slept 7 of us perfectly. We had no issues finding parking right in front, and the house was just off the interstate and not far from Busch Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The bed I slept in (upstairs) was sooo comfortable and the air conditioning unit was appreciated! I asked everyone else about their sleep and all were happy with their arrangement. We didn't do any major cooking (just used the cookie sheet which looked brand new), but the kitchen looked well stocked should we have wanted to cook. I took a shower upstairs, the pressure was nice and the bathroom clean. My nephew (16) said he wished he could live there. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again!

Nice Place
Worked very well for what we needed. Good location, easy parking, well equipped kitchen. The space was very adequate for 4 adults. The stairs are quite steep and narrow to the second bedroom just need to be careful. Would recommend and stay again.
