If & when I return I will ask NOT to have my room close to the rear parking; individuals would sit in their car with noisy engine/muffler running! Consider putting a phone in the lobby connected to the check-in counter; I needed to speak to the Front Desk about: no coffee machine and my room heat not working properly; I had to use the heater but the bathroom was still freezing.
The building is beautiful.

I was treated very respectfully at Motor City. All requests I had were handled promptly. Except when I was leaving, and asked for a bellman, they never came. I had to haul my 93yo grandmother, and my luggage. Great trip besides that 1 thing though.
