"Honestly cannot fault The Pier House. We stayed for one night for a couples getaway and from check in to check out we were so impressed! The lady who checked us in (I’m gutted we didn’t get her name!) was so friendly, explained everything and showed us to our room. "Roz and Kieth are such a lovely couple who were very welcoming and helpful . We rang earlier in the day and they reserved a parking spot for us free of charge. Parking in Newquay is like gold dust . Room was clean and although on a road with through traffic was quiet . Shower room small but efficient. The bar round the corner called the Lost sells real ale and nice burgers. Breakfast at Invernook was excellent by Kieth and service efficient and friendly by Roz. Would highly recommend thank you "

"Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
