"The place is dated but so clean and comfy. Beds and pillows are 10/10! Single female, stayed by myself, never felt unsafe and I was going and coming from Sandy's Haven (wildlife refuge, 8 mins away) at all odd hours of the night, zero issues. It's next to the bowling alley from Napoleon Dynamite and a 7 min drive to the Napoleon Dynamite house too, so that was a fun find! Room had a TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, free wifi, iron and ironing board, plus there's a vending machine and ice machine on site. Clean, safe, comfy stay."

"We can’t say enough good about this home. We gathered with 24 family members, including small children, and everyone had fun. Highlights: • Nine of the “master” bedrooms all had private baths and many with adjoining bunk bed rooms. • A huge theater (150” screen) with 18 comfortable seats. • A playground area the toddlers and children loved. • Pool, air hockey, and foosball that adults also enjoyed. • New large outdoor playground with slides and swings. • Multiple large gathering spaces indoors and on the back patio. One couch seated everyone comfortably. • A kitchen with three refrigerators and five ovens. Lots of room! • Big screen TVs in every room and all over the house. • Great owner communication, but didn’t have too many questions because the house manual was very complete. • Plenty of quiet corners for those who wanted some alone time. • This house could easily accommodate a much larger group. • We plan to return to this VRBO in the future."

"Modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Exceeded expectations. Took advantage of pickleball, basketball, playground, deck, firepits, slides, and pool/hot tub. Loved the entryway hooks and cubbies for towels, jackets, purses, shoes, etc. Amazing view. Explored the community on our ebike. Checked out the private beach access but it was not suitable for our group due to being a muddy marsh with no sand."

"We Really and Is the large spacious room. Everything we needed was there. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. Are stay went very well and we just had a great time."

"Overall we loved our stay at this home. Perfect size for our family of 18. Each family had their own bathroom. Beds for everyone, no one had to sleep on the floor. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items we needed. We chose to use paper products for meals but there were plenty of dishes if we had needed them. The home was well stocked with soaps, detergents, garbage sacks, etc. Washer/dryer worked well. Loved using the kayak and lifejackets at the lake. That was the grandkids favorite activity! Best part of the home was the game room. Our grandkids were in heaven and spent a lot of time in the foam pit! Grandkids also loved the toy room upstairs. Tami was an amazing host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely keep this home on our list of places to stay for future adventures at Bear Lake."
