Oceanfront Home with Best Views & NEW Pool on the Beach

The spectacular views, new pool and hot tub will leave you awestruck!

Newly constructed oceanside yard includes resort-like heated pool with hot tub, large turf area and 3-hole putting green. There is plenty of seating for lounging and poolside activities.

A contemporary and comfortable beachfront home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open floor plan provides views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen through 32 feet of glass. An upper balcony is great for sunning and sipping.

The living areas on two floors make this home ideal for friends and families. It has been rented by people from all walks of life including writers, artists, doctors, executives, computer experts, sisters, brothers, and grandmothers all looking for a great beachfront retreat.

It is located in the heart of St. Augustine beach within walking distance of restaurants, bars and ice cream! The beach is wide and family friendly with great walking, biking, surfing and shelling. There is no car driving allowed on the beach in front of our house.

*The pool is not heated in November or December but the spa is heated year around.

We had a great time at the beach house, and the access to food around the house was great. Location to the beach can’t be beat and the house was so well stocked with pool and beach toys, towels etc. Phil was awesome to work with, we would rent from him again in a heartbeat.

Amazing weekend!
I stayed here with some friends and family for my 30th birthday. The house is the perfect location-we spent so much time at the pool and beach-and still close to downtown St. Augustine! Phil is amazing host and was so accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Stayed here for a week with our family. The house is the perfect size and at a great location. House was roomy and the pool & back yard with putting green were excellent. We sre from the area and stayed at many different condos and homes at St Augustine & Palm Coast and this was by far a favorite spot.

Great family spot
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great view, easy access to the beach daily, and the backyard kept everyone busy during downtime. Things that are often overlooked when booking travel were in place and very appreciated. Tremendous supply of extra towels, blankets, trash bags, paper towels, detergent, pantry items, and supplemental Beach items. Will definitely look to book again next year.

The house was amazing! We loved everything, the view, the pool, the hot tub. Right in the beach but a short walk to restaurants. Mayday ice cream is the best ice cream we have ever had defiantly go the few blocks down and try it! We will defiantly rent again!

Awesome Trip
Our family (3 adult couples) had a great experience at this wonderful oceanfront home - walking the beach, lounging in the pool/hot tub, coffee in the morning on the upper floor deck, putting contests on the beautiful putting green and visiting the historic city of St Augustine. Amazing Get Away
Six adults stayed at this property, and it was nothing short of an amazing time. The house was beautiful, with an amazing pool and hot tub. Spectacular Beachfront Property!!
This is our second stay at this beach house and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. The home is very well appointed and ideal layout / amenities for families. The location is perfect as walking distance to many restaurants/ coffee shops and the house beach view is spectacular! The home has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation and the new backyard area and pool / spa were a hit with the family. Phil is a great proactive host and very responsive as needed. The check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and straightforward. We would definitely stay at this home on our next visit to St. Augustine.

The Perfect Beach House -Panoramic Ocean View
This is the only place I ever want to stay! Beach and dunes are amazing (no driving on beach in this area) House is impeccable beautifully designed for two families - and the views!! 180’ floor to ceiling glass wall - huge balcony to watch sunrises. Family Vacation went PERFECT!
If you want a beach stay with ALLLLL the amenities, the view, the beach access, the convenience of delicious eateries/fun shops and no headache from your hosts, this is the place to stay! Things that made all the difference: beach towels & toys, use of the garage, so many nice kitchen options, everything being clean, and extra bedding and pillows. Most importantly, very clear communication with our host. The worst part about our stay was having to leave but we consoled ourselves with the promise that we would come back again next year. Seriously, if you want a place in St Augustine Beach, look no further: this place has it all!

The Perfect Spot
We were so very happy with this property - it was much more than we anticipated. Spacious and well appointed. Sit and view the ocean...hear the waves...steps to the beach. Enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Walk to yummy food/drinks. Two floors - would work well if 2 families - both floors have living space and bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the fireworks on New Years Eve. Highly recommend.

Beach Vacation
This beach house was absolutely perfect! The ocean views from inside the house and balcony are breathtaking, with the ocean only steps away. We (7 adults) spent most of our time, however, in the AMAZING pool and competing on the backyard golf green! Coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream and shopping are all within walking distance on well maintained sidewalks. Location, location, location!! Property manager Phil was extremely helpful and accommodating, even provided parking for us in downtown. Phil went above and beyond and was available and responsive throughout our stay. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful property again in the future!

Perfect family beach vacation
Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of six adults and two children. The house was as perfect as the pictures on the listing, the pool was amazing and brand new, The direct access to the beach via a gate from the pool couldn’t have made it easier to take toddlers to the beach and then quickly go back to the house if we forgot something if needed. The host Phil was always available via text and always got back to us within minutes with any questions that we had. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t have at the house everything that you could possibly think of needing is provided which made it really easy for our family. The beds were so comfortable. There were beach, toys, chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, anything you can think of. I highly recommend this property for a beach getaway. It’s walking distance from a really cool coffee shop that we went to everyday and multiple ice cream shops and a short drive or a little bit of a longer walk to a few restaurants.
