Multi Purpose Visit
We were in the area for a funeral, but, when we realized how perfect this location was for us, we were able to turn a sad time into a fun visit. The property was immaculate. The size and spaciousness of the unit surprised us and enabled us to truly spread out and relax in between our outings. The surrounding grounds and area are lovely. There is plenty to do in this region and Registry Blvd. is the place to stay and explore. Thank you.

Great golf getaway
My buddy and I were looking for accommodations in the St. Augustine area for a golf trip. This condo was perfect!! Right in the World Golf Village adjacent to the 8th hole at the King and Bear golf course. It was nicely updated with great decor and included everything you might need during your stay. I am hoping to make this an annual trip and would book this condo every time.

The property itself was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and everything you can think of that you might need (other than pool towels). The pool was amazing. You could make a day of it just sitting at the pool. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Less expensive than most hotels we were looking at, with much more to offer!

We enjoyed our stay in the 2-bedroom condo convenient to The King & Bear at World Golf Village. The unit was in the back and on the 2nd of three floors. The unit was quiet and well-appointed. The owner was easy to deal with and accomodating.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The owner pays attention to details. The condo is immaculate and well stocked with everything from a stellar kitchen to soaps, shampoo, extra towels & blankets and even fascinating reading material. The condo property has everything you need: 3 pools —one which is heated and a hot tub that will relax you! The fitness center is fabulous and the entire complex has stunning homes and manicured yards. Within 20 minutes , you can be at the beach. We especially loved Vilano Beach and Crescent Beach! The condo is spacious and the grounds feel like someone in north Italy. We will be back!!!

Quiet vacation spot for any couple (or 2 couples) who love golf. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious & very clean. It had everything we needed for our time there. Close to a grocery store and restaurants too. The owner responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay again. Wish the pool on property was heated but the hot tub was great in January!

Beautiful Two Bedroom Condo
We requested an early check in because our beach plans were canceled due to torrential rains! Lisa was wonderful and approved our early check in within minutes. Check in was a breeze, just picked up the key from a lockbox. No waiting in line at a front desk! The condo looked wonderful in pictures but was even more impressive once we were actually there. Beautifully decorated and clean! So roomy and comfortable and everything you could possibly need. The king beds were SO comfy! The balcony opens up to the woods, the sound of birds and nothing else. So quiet, no traffic or noisy neighbors. We loved this condo and are already planning a return trip!
